STRESSES OF LIFE
It is virtually impossible to avoid stress in life. We all handle those stresses in various ways. Some people seriously fret when the laundry doesn't come back as expected. Others are patient and deal with all problems as they arise without ire or upset. To make sure that your physiology and even psychology are receiving proper elements for normal function, a base line of nutrition should be addressed. I often have wondered why such a simple detailed list of specific essential components of nutrition are not even taught in high school. Remember, the word essential means that your own body cannot produce it nor store it for any length of time. Therefore, daily elements become necessary. So, here they are: Essential vitamins, essential minerals, essential amino acids and essential fatty acids. Four areas that are easy to remember and obtain. You already know most of the vitamins, A, C, D-3, E, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, Folic Acid and Biotin. If the foods we eat are complete in these vitamins perhaps supplementation is not necessary. But I fear our foods lack in many vitamin areas or we are not seeking the proper complete foods in the first place. There are 17 essential minerals. It was shown over 20 years ago that most of our foods are mineral depleted. There are 9 essential amino acids. All meat including beef, pork, fish, chicken, turkey, etc. are complete proteins containing all 9 essential amino acids. Even one helping each day of some kind of meat will supply all 9 aminos for most people. Those athletes, muscle builders, and others trying to gain muscle mass, may need to take extra amino acid powders, etc. in order to get an ample daily amount for muscle hypertrophy. Finally, essential fatty acids. Many plant oils in our earlier years in life will suffice. After mid-years of life, it should be a good fish oil. What measures a good fish old is the amount of EPA/DHA in the dose. Everyone needs 1,000mg of EPA/DHA in combination daily for proper brain function, focus, anxiety, depression, skin texture, joint lubrication, and hormone balancing.
As mentioned earlier, if your foods you eat can guarantee these elements are in them, supplementation may not be necessary. However, a simple good multi-vitamin and mineral will supply the first two areas. (VitaPerfect) At least one helping of some type of meat daily will give you the 9 amino acids. And finally, a quality fish oil daily will give you all of the essential fatty acids. (OmegaPerfect)
How simple is that? When supplementing in this way, you can now be assured that you are creating a base line for proper physiological and psychological function. You can call NutraPerfect Inc. at 801-434-8558 to place your order for either of these two products or others.
