Summer Health Issues

During Summer months, it becomes imperative to do specific things for your health.  Even though it seems redundant to say to drink more water, people are still not doing it.  Just because you may be in water at the lake, river, or ocean, you need to drink good water and lots of it.  Dehydration occurs in the Summer months a lot more than Winter.  Your body thrives on water.  Also, because of mineral depletion by virtue of sweating, a good multivitamin and mineral is recommended.  My VitaPerfect that I designed under the NutraPerfect brand fits the bill here.
